ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS

My name is Luke Strochnetter and I started 360 Degrees Marketing in 2018 because I really wanted to help business owners grow their businesses through Social Media. Our mission statement is “Let us do what we do best, so you can do what you do best. Run your business!” This is at the forefront of everything we do. Business owners wear so many hats and unfortunately, in most cases, Social Media is often left last in the priority list or often an afterthought. That’s why 360 Degrees Marketing was started. 

 

I have lived on the Fraser Coast for 14 years and have been actively involved in the community throughout that time. I have extensive knowledge of social media platforms, marketing, and event management. Although mostly self-taught, I am currently studying Diploma courses to continue to upskill. I have successfully managed multiple major and minor events held across the region and have managed countless Social Media platforms in both Paid and Voluntary positions. Luke has also assisted clients located in Brisbane, Melbourne and London.

 

I have had a passion for small businesses and people since I was a young teenager. I have been organizing events in Hervey Bay since I was 12 and what started as a hobby has now become my livelihood and business. I now own and run two successful businesses. 360 Degrees Marketing is a Social Media Agency helping businesses elevate their social media presence and Occasions by the Bay is a pop-up picnic business offering luxe picnic & party setups on the Fraser Coast. 

 

Like I said earlier one of my main passions is event management. In 2020, I was able to organize the Rockathon: Bushfire Relief Concert in Hervey Bay which saw over three thousand people attend and much-needed funds raised for those affected by the Bushfires in January/February 2020 (one of the last events in Hervey Bay pre-covid!). I have been very lucky and honored to have worked on some awesome projects. I have coordinated and managed some highly successful events including Afterglow: Youth Week Event in Hervey Bay in 2019, Rockathon Bushfire Relief Concert in 2020, Bush and Beats in 2019, Hervey Bay Family Fun Day in 2018, and the Country Campout Weekend in 2017 & 2018. I have also assisted with the Hervey Bay Carols By Candlelight and Hervey Bay Relay for Life. I am also the Co- Event Coordinator for the 2021 Hervey Bay RSL Carols by Candlelight.

 

Luke has worked alongside great companies and helped them build their brands or design business cards, website, content and/or graphics including Albatross Boat Licencing, Foodworks Hervey Bay Airport, Aircon and Solar Clean, Revive Therapies and Psychology, Binneys Tornado Potatoes, Hervey Bay Allround Property Maintenance, What's On Hervey Bay, Haircorp Pialba Place, Bay City Mini Mix, The Fortnightly Live, Cheap As Movers, Pie & Pastry Paradise, Hervey Bay Food On The Run, Positive Changes Hypnotherapy, True Blue Aussie Water Filters,  Occasions by the Bay, Colonial Village Resort and many others. Luke also established the Fraser Coast Delivery and Takeaway Services page on Facebook which has over 8500 members.

 

I truly believe that businesses stand out when an effective Social Media strategy is in place. I want to work alongside businesses to see them grow and have their goals met. We offer a 360 Degrees approach where we manage your Social Media from start to finish including.. Research, Content Creation, Hashtag Research, Copywriting, Scheduling, Community Engagement, Analytics and Reports, Campaign Management and Planning and more! 

The main goals of our Social Media Management packages are to increase sales, increase traffic and increase engagement. 

  1. To Increase sales: Everything we do for your business, we are coming in with the end goal that we want to see increased sales and revenue for your business. Strategy is important for us so we will highlight what is important and try to increase sales in new and exciting ways.

  2. To Increase traffic:  Have more people regularly liking the pages as well as the posts. We will strategise to also come up with ways to convert virtual traffic into physical traffic.

3. To Increase Engagement: Create content that is engaging and fresh that promotes engagement. This can be achieved by changing the language in posts, asking questions to the customers, posting competitions etc. The key to increased engagement is also by working out when your clientele are on Social Media the most and then posting at those peak times.
